Finally the new catalogue Spring Summer 2011 is online!

When I discovered her more than 10 years ago

it was love at first sight.

I remember the super shop in Regent's street

Two grounds of wonderful furniture, fabrics and home decoration-

Quando l'ho scoperta più di 10 anni fa

è stato amore a prima vista

Ricordo il grande negozio in Regent's street

Due piani di mobili meravigliosi, tessuti e oggetti per la casa-

I chose a selection of images from the catalogue

but it was embarassing,

I wanted to use them all

Ho scelto una selezione di immagini dal catalogo

ma è stato imbarazzante,

volevo usarle tutte

Their patterns are always so fresh and classy

Even in the more modern looks they recently added

Le loro fantasie sono sempre fresche e di classe

Anche nel look più moderno che hanno recentemente raggiunto

I love everything

Lamps, sofas, curtains, furniture, bedlinen

And I really have a thing for their carpets

Adoro tutto

Le lampade, i divani, i tendaggi, gli arredi, la biancheria da letto

E ho davvero una passione per i loro tappeti



Wallpapers and wall paints are among my favourite ever

I painted my walls using a colour leaflet from a Laura Ashley's old catalogue

Le carte da parati e le pitture murali sono quelle che preferisco

Ho dipinto le pareti di casa mia usando una tavola dei colori

di un vecchio catalogo di Laura Ashley

For some time I've been collecting all their catalogues.

I still have the old ones, I used to go to their shop in Milan just to buy it

-It and many other things-

Then the Milan shop closed

Now as soon as I know someone is directed to London

They know shall bring me their new catalogue as souvenir...

Per qualche tempo ho collezionato tutti i loro cataloghi

Ho ancora quelli vecchi, di solito andavo a Milano al loro negozio

per comprarli, quello e molte altre cose-

Poi il negozio a Milano ha chiuso

Ora appena so che qualcuno è diretto a Londra

mi faccio portare il loro catalogo come souvenir...

I have a dream:

make a stage in their design service department

Or run one of their shops

But I would buy anything myself...

Ho un sogno:

fare uno stage nel loro ufficio di design service

O gestire uno dei loro negozi

Anche se comprerei tutto io....

You can imagine I'm striving to turn my passion

for those things into a real profession

I'm learning, studying by myself

But when I see images like these, buy an interior book, flip the pages of a magazine

I can easily recognize myself in what I like

After all

I'm a cottage style girl
